Composition of UV ink and its role in ink 

Reactive diluent (also known as diluent monomer): is a smaller molecular weight (low molecular weight) chemicals, it can reduce the viscosity of the dispersing of pigment and resin diluted, decided to ink surface properties, such as viscosity, hardness, softness. It does not evaporate, and is involved in the UV resin curing crosslinking reaction. 

The additives include: Paints, lubricants, thickening agent, filler, accelerator, it affects the color of the ink, ink layer thickness and curing speed, printability and ink weather resistance. 

The light solid resin: it is the main part of UV ink film, the binder of UV ink, ink gloss, adhesion UV. Different ink to the substrate of different materials with different resin.
