Many UV ink supply chamber of Commerce recommended a standard, such as blankets by Acer nitrification denitrification or Ding processing of materials can be used with oily, UV ink or varnish. Natural rubber and poly ethylene oxide material is not suitable for UV ink and varnish. 

Using EPDM material for blanket UV ink and varnish, but not suitable for general Oil-based ink. EPDM blanket can not use oil refining lotion, should buy special lotion. Roller printing machine is the principle of selection, not often transform UV ink and oily ink, if you need to transform must get rid of all the residual chemicals.

Not according to the loaded reflection cover about 80% of the U.V. light for diffuse do not print, so U.V. lamps must installed reflection lampshade to focus in print. 

The reflection cover must be clean and timely maintenance, to maintain its best features. Some paper cuttings or dusting dust attached on the reflector will influence U.V. light reflection effect, in does not use the U.V. lamps should be shut the U.V. lamp shade.
