1、Color ink must be printed on the tinplate surface that pre-coated with base oil or white coating oil, otherwise it will affect the adhesion.

2、If Adjusting dry property, the amount of white drying oil is not good to add too much, otherwise there will be printing failure.

3、To adjust the viscosity, must use the matching ink, do not use kerosene, gasoline or organic solvents.

4、This type of ink can be used in mixing colors, but can not be mixed with other types of ink in order to prevent the quality deteriorating.

5、White ink if baking temperature was high will appear yellowing phenomenon, so the baking temperature should be lower.

6、Tin-printing Coating varnish is the most critical process,determines the quality of printing products. Therefore, we should confirm the varnish quality according to the characteristics of the product, process and quality standard requirements and so on.

7、Product shelf life is 3 years, after the expiration,if the inks’ technical indexes are still qualified, can be used continually.
