1、UV curing speed is based on the UV lamp power and distance between tube and substrate. UV effective power will reduce after long time using,will affect the ink curing speed, should timely replace the tubes.

2、Suggestion:If needing to adjust the viscosity, can be added special-use inking oil.

3、UV ink can not be mixed with ordinary ink; If changing the ordinary ink to the UV ink,Should be thoroughly washed before UV ink printing.

4、 Cleaning equipment should use the Special-use cleaning agent; If the cleaning agent remains on rollers, blanket or water roller, it would lead the adverse consequences of ink adhesion not good and drying not good.

5、Curing energy requests bigger than 30mj/cm 2
